Website data
The contact form records your name, email and message to respond to your inquiry. News subscriptions record email, language and consent. Request removal by email. Sessions remember language preferences and protect forms. Submitted information is not made public.
Consent and assent
Before working with minors, parents or guardians provide informed consent and students provide assent. Permission to digitise and privately deliver letters is explicitly obtained at the start.
Identity protection
Letters contain only first name and school grade. Surnames, phone numbers, social accounts and home addresses are excluded. Paola Emilia León or the clinical psychologist reviews letters before digitisation. Photographs require permission and identity protection.
Information access:
Reports: Aggregated group findings for schools and sponsors.
Letters: Private delivery to the assigned sponsor with consent.
Clinical data: Individual psychometric findings are not published.
Retention and rights
Information is retained as needed to respond to inquiries and document the program. Withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion through official channels. Final retention periods and hosting and email providers must be confirmed before launch.
This preventive program does not replace individual psychological or clinical care.
Contribution terms
During REPEJU/SAT registration, Paola Emilia León provisionally administers contributions and shares periodic reports. Automatic tax deductibility is not offered. Bank details are shared through official WhatsApp or email after confirming the depositor.
Confirmation before payment
Contribution options and fees are confirmed before any payment. Card data is not collected on this website. External checkout is enabled only with verified accounts. Reach targets do not guarantee outcomes.
